Palatine Hills Golf Course Palatine Hills Drive Palatine, Illinois 60067

1. The June meeting was called to order by President Gene Dorsch at 7:28pm.
2. The May meeting minutes were read and approved.
3. The treasurer's report was presented and accepted. A fee of .25/player was accepted for collecting the weekly game fee. This will come out of the general fund.
4. PPD liaison Bob Alexander reported that the driveway project for the golf course ($325m) has been delayed.
5. The Scoring and Handicap chair held a general discussion on the modifications he has made the holiday and weekly events. It will the committee's decision to decide if a refund be made if a player does not show for a holiday event.
6. Any member who does not have an e-mail address will be mailed a hard copy of the member roster.
7. A general discussion was held on the GEM program. It was decided that GEM rules would apply on any sanctioned event.
8. Rick Hapanowicz was added to the Labor Day committee.
9. TTB committee held a discussion on the tourney. Tee times will be assigned at random. Event cost will be reported at the July meeting. The rules committee will be asked for rules of play for tourney.
10. The next meeting is scheduled for July 27, 2006 at 7:30pm.
11. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45pm.
