1. The July 2006 meeting was called to order by President Gene Dorsch at 7:30pm.
2. The minutes of the June meeting were read and approved.
3. The financial report was presented by the treasurer. Report was approved as presented.
4. PP liaison, Bob Alexander, reported that park district employees were being training on CPR procedures.
5. Scoring and Handicap chair had nothing to report.
6. The president reported that the fall newsletter would be sent out early August.
7. TTB chair, Del Foster, gave an update on the fall event. Tee times will run from 7:56 to 9:40 on both tees. August 11 will be the first day of the sign-up. Tee times will be on draw basis. No shows for the smoker go the bottom of the list. Pizza will be the menu for the smoker. Voting for the 2007 board and officers also will be done that night. Banquet at Birchwood with the bar opening at 1:30 and dinner at 3:OOpm. The entry fee will be $60 plus $10 for the Rubak Second Chance. The Takahashi donation will cover any short fall. The lunch on Saturday is budgeted. Dinner only will be $30.
8. The TTB committee will develop a list of special guests. PPD guests have been invited.
9. A discussion was held on the rules of play for the TTB. A final decision was tabled.
10. The nominating committee will present their slate at the August meeting.
11. Eric Schorsch presented a new entry fee that died for lack of interest.
12. The next meeting was scheduled for August 24, 2006, 7:30pm at the clubhouse. 13.
