1. The meeting of September 8, 2006 was called to order by President Gene Dorsch

2. The minutes of the August meeting were read and accepted as presented.

3. No formal financial report was presented. The treasurer reported that he projects a $500 positive balance for the year. The year-end payout checks are ready for distribution this evening.

4. The Park Board Liaison representative, Bob Alexander, made a brief report and stated that the paving project will go forward this fall. This will be an expense shared by corporate and the golf course.

5. The TCTB committee member, Del Foster, reported that the course has donated a green fee for this weekend. This will be raffled off this evening with tickets being sold three for $5 to defray food expenses. Play will continue this weekend through any rain unless there is lightning or the course is closed.

6. The nominating chair, Jim Toth, reported that ballots for 2007 board and officers would be distributed this evening.

7. Under new business, John Helpap suggested that the board bring back the practice of meeting routinely with course management to discuss course improvements and course concerns. Action tabled for the 2007 board.

8. Del Foster reviewed the rules for the TCTB, which will be presented tonight.

9. The PHGA Ryder sign-up sheet is in the pro shop. Chair Eric Schorsch reported he has four captains and players can play Saturday and/or Sunday.

10. The fall schedule has been posted. No pot game is scheduled the weekend of September 23 and 24, the days of the Ryder Cup.

11. The next meeting will be posted by the 2007 President.

12. The meeting was adjourned at 6:30pm.
