1. President Ken Mattuck called the March 15, 2007 meeting to order at 7:30pm.

2. Missing from the meeting were John Helpap and Gene Dorsch.

3. Minutes of the February were read and approve.

4. Treasurer's report was presented by Brian Sherwin and approved.

5. Bob Alexander reported that the park board approved of purchase of new equipment and selling the old equipment.  Bob also reported  there have been residents outside of the PHGA that have made comments that the clubhouse needs to be replaced.

6. Derrell Gilsrap reported there are 48 paid members of which 22 paid by electronically.  Derrell suggested that we do not use electronic payment for holiday events, but possibly for travel event events.

7. Ken Mattuck reported that two clocks would cost approximately $150.

Motion passed and approved for purchase.

8. Lady members will be allowed to play from the white tees if they choose to do so.  Once a competitor chooses to do so, she will be required to use the white tees for the season. Motion made and approved.

9. Travel event sign up will be in the Clubhouse, but by the black box procedure.

10. Derrell will join the Takahashi Classic committee. 

11. Gene Dorsch will be moving to the Phoenix area. No replacement will be made at this time.

12. Bob Lada and Del Foster were named the pre and post pot game chairmen.

13. Next meeting will be April 6, 2007 at 6pm at the clubhouse.

14. Meeting adjourned at 7:42pm.
