     The July 2007 meeting was called to order by President Ken Mattuck at 7pm.

           The minutes of the June 2007 meeting were read and approved with one adjust-

ment.  The scorekeeper’s report was adjusted to “ refunds were made for several reasons, not weather”.  Report was approved as amended.

      Derrell Gilstrap reported there is a residue this year of $114, plus $20 paid by    

      non-members.  The average sign-up for Saturday is 72, Sunday 43.  There has

      been no abuse of the current policy.  No action taken.                                                                                                                                                                                                     Bob Alexander reported on the proposed Falcon Park that is to be build in NE

Palatine.  It will be a multi-function site.

      The financial report was presented.  The treasurer projects a positive balance of

of $500 for the year.  Motion made, seconded and approved

A discussion was held concerning the use of rangefinders for PHGA. A motion was approved to make them legal for the PHGA events.  They can be used in the range function only.

Jim Nolan reported that he is changing vendors for the TCTB.  The projected price is $21.50 per plate.

TCTB committee reported that the sign-up sheet would be posted the first week of August.  Pay-Pal  may be used.

The nominating committee will present a slate of candidates at the August meeting.

Next meeting will be August 9, 2007 at the clubhouse.
