1. President Ken Mattuck called the meeting to order at 7pm. 9 August 2007.

2. Minutes of the July meeting were read and approved.

3. The treasurer presented the financial report and it was approved as presented.

4. Bob Alexander reported that the past Park board meeting had no mention of the golf course.  He was asked to follow up on equipment that Brad has asked for in the 2008 budget.

5. Darrell Gilstrap reported no problems.  Larry Niemczyk has been following up on some missed payments on the weekend.

6. The nominating committee present the following slate for 2008:  President Ed Neuman, Vice-President Gary Schwietz,  treasurer, Pat Driscoll, secretary, Larry Niemczyk.  Directors:  Jim Urr, Todd  Creviston,  Mark Schwanz, Brian Yantis, Mike Oster, Dave Thompson,  Bill Jackson, Russ Schwem,  John Helpap, Bob Mathieson, Bob Bem. Rick Hapanowicz, Bob Lada, Jim Toth.  Action tabled;  full slate to be approved by E-mail 10 days prior to election.

7. The TTBC modified rules sheet prepared by Del Foster was presented.  It was approved.

8. Jim  Nolan reported that new caterer for the awards banquet has been secured.  In addition to park and golf course personnel that will be invited to the event,  John Dempster, Royce Martin and Tom Dorsch will be invited as long time members.

9. The fee for the Pay-Pal function is to be paid by the user.

10. Derrel Gilstrap asked the board to be thinking about how to spent the $6,000 that the PHGA has in reserve.  Action tabled.

11. The next meeting is planned for Sept, 6, 2007 at 6pm prior the TTBC smoker.

12. The meeting was adjourned at 806pm.
