Treasurer's report presented by Pat Driscoll and approved.

$10.00 weekly pot game is short $ 30.00
Larry Niemczyk will contact unpaid members to put pot momey in the Black box next time they play.
May Travel Event Bob Bem stated there were 20 people signed up for the Gig Run event.

Presidents cup will be presented to all Champions
Spring Smoker Committee stated all went well
Spring Smoker 20 teams Competed in the Scramble
Money Surplus Committee recomended all PHGA members of good standing receive a Windshirt. Four colors were chosen for the member to chose from Black ,Tan, Blue, Orange.
Estimated cost for 160 members will be covered by prosed fund of $4000.00.
Committee will put out a letter on the internet for all members to sign up trying on for size in Pro Shop, then put in request.
Six to Eight week delivery is expected . Distirbution of shirts hopefully will be completed by the end of August 2008.

Rules Committee Two new members proposed will be added to the committee. Dave Thompson and Mark Schranz agreed to serve with John Helpap on the Committee.
New Member Contact Russ Schwem will contact new members to assist them on procedures in paying the weekly $10.00 pot fee.
Memorial day sign up sheets are in the Pro Shop Cut off May 18th 2208 2;00 PM
New Business Larry Niemczyk requested $100.00 to $200.00 for flowers to enhance the JIM TAKAHASHI MEMORIAL GARDEN. Larry will plant and maintain the Garden.
